- Utilize tools such as Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Marketo Engage, and Workfront to manage customer journeys and segmentation.
- Enable personalization and automation through audience segmentation, triggers, and cross-channel activations.
For AI & Gen AI Activation, your responsibilities will include:
- Drive Generative AI enablement for marketing use cases, content acceleration, and personalization at scale.
- Support internal teams with AI campaign ideation, automation frameworks, and experience in Adobe Firefly Services, Content Accelerator, and AI-enhanced campaign production.
Your role will also involve leveraging Data & Engineering Knowledge by:
- Demonstrating practical experience or solid knowledge of SQL for audience analysis, customer insights, and data validation.
- Utilizing data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery for data transformation, activation pipelines, and customer data models.
Skills & Qualifications required for this role:
- 6-8+ years of experience in B2B campaign operations, marketing automation, or MarTech delivery roles.
- Expertise in campaign production, marketing governance, and automation workflows.
- Proficiency in data segmentation, data validation, and audience activation.
- Knowledge of SQL is required; Python is a plus.
