As a Manager Finance & Accounts, your role will involve overseeing end-to-end finance and accounting operations, managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing, preparing and reviewing financial statements in compliance with applicable standards, ensuring adherence to statutory compliance, taxation (GST, TDS), and audits, coordinating with internal and external auditors, monitoring cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting, driving cost optimization and financial efficiency, developing and implementing financial policies and internal controls, leading and mentoring the finance and accounts team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for business planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable standards
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, taxation (GST, TDS), and audits
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
- Drive cost optimization and financial efficiency
- Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team

Qualifications Required:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally, etc.)

- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
