SH Geology & Mine PlanningTo ensure Mine Planning and & supply of right quality and quantity of coal to stock piles foruninterrupted operation of coal mine with equal focus on improving Mines life, to ensuresustainable & ecofriendly mining operations covering all applicable statutory / legal norms but notlimited to Mineral Concession Rules, Mineral Development & conservation Rules, MoEFCC, FCCCA & Environment Clearances.Mining Services - Shift Incharge/Overman To Support Project TeamTo Performing duties as per CMR 2017 & direction of superiors and providing assistance to the co employers working in mine. Supervise the work performed by the subordinates and prepare the reports of the work done in their mining plant. Ensure safety compliances during coal excavation in mining.ELP MiningTo Support Bandha ProjectELP GeologyTo Support Project at BandhaSH OBProvide input, guidance, and feedback to plans and schedules while actively working to optimize the mine plan. Take responsibility for the removal of overburden and ensure the maintenance of good haul roads and dump yards for safe operations. Conduct mine surveys to prepare statutory plans, as well as perform initial and final measurements of the overburden removed by contractors, and facilitate the submission of contractor bills. Additionally, ensure the construction of safe bunds, and the removal of hanging boulders to prevent accidents, while maintaining adherence to safe operating procedures during shift operations.SH BlastingPlanning and executing blasting design and to ensuring safe blasting in coordination with drilling and blasting personnel. Undertake controlled blasting technique to comply with restriction of ground vibration, sound, air pressure, fly rocks and shattering effect as laid down in the DGMS permission.
