Summary
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Designer with strong UI/UX fundamentals and art direction experience to support B2B growth initiatives. This role focuses on designing high-performing digital creative across paid media, web, and lifecycle channels, combining strong visual craft with a performance-driven mindset while partnering closely with marketing and production teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize performance-driven creative for paid media, social, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Design UI/UX for websites, landing pages, and blog experiences, with a focus on clarity, usability, and conversion.
- Provide art direction and visual leadership across campaigns to ensure creative quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Create and support video and motion assets for paid and social media, collaborating with motion or production partners as needed.
- Optimize creative across channels while maintaining brand standards and design systems.
- Ability to build/update polished PowerPoint presentations for internal and external strategy, planning, and executive-level presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing, performance, growth, and demand-generation teams to align creative with campaign goals and KPIs.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
- Stay current on UI/UX, performance marketing, motion, and creative best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience designing for paid media, social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads), and email marketing.
- Working knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
- Experience designing websites, landing pages, and blog layouts with a conversion-focused mindset.
- Strong understanding of usability, engagement, and performance metrics
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Desired Skills
- Experience partnering closely with growth or demand-generation teams.
- Familiarity with analytics and performance reporting to inform creative decisions.
- Experience in motion design or video production (e.g., After Effects, short-form video) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a high bar for visual quality and consistency.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $67.00 - $69.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
