About the Role

We are seeking a proficient Salesforce Developer with specialized expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and a deep understanding of FSL to enhance and streamline field service operations. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and deploy Salesforce solutions with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL) to optimize field service processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers to meet business needs.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications, including performance tuning and bug fixes.
  • Keep abreast of Salesforce platform updates and best practices to continually enhance solution design and delivery.
  • Document technical specifications, design solutions, and maintain comprehensive user guides.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with significant experience in Field Service Lightning (FSL).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development languages and tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including security models, data management, and integration strategies.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing FSL to improve field service operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with additional Salesforce products like Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with version control and continuous integration tools.
