Responsibilities for HR Recruiter Inter include but are not limited to:
Own and manage relationships with hiring managers, acting as a consultative recruiting partner and trusted advisor
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates
Manage the full life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer presentation, and closing candidates
Screen and assess candidates efficiently and accurately to support high-volume hiring needs
Schedule and coordinate interviews; facilitate formal consensus meetings to review interview results
Present and negotiate offers with selected candidates, driving successful hires
Partner with cross-functional business teams, HR partners, and recruiting peers to ensure flawless execution of the hiring process
Coach hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and provide market insights and rmendations
Address ambiguous situations and recruiting challenges using sound judgment and subject matter expertise
Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in requisition management andpliance
Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting hiring deadlines
Candidates for HR Recruiter Inter must meet the following requirements to be considered:
1-3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
At least 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience preferred
Strong recruiting strategy experience, including collaboration with recruiting leaders and peers
Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills
Proven ability to influence candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
Strong candidate and client management skills
Highlyanized, detail-oriented, self-directed, and results-driven
Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
