Senior Supply Chain Executive - Oil & Gas Operations

Your expertise will directly impact our ability to meet demand, mitigate risks, and maintain compliance with industry standards.With a competitive compensation package—including Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and performance bonuses—this role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence in a high-stakes environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee inventory control and replenishment processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shortages or excesses.Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve cost-effectiveness.Coordinate with internal stakeholders (procurement, logistics, production) and external partners (suppliers, vendors) to align operations with business goals.Monitor demand forecasting and adjust supply chain plans to meet fluctuating market and customer needs.Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics and KPIs to drive performance metrics.Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards in oil & gas supply chain operations.Manage logistics and distribution networks to optimize transportation routes and reduce delivery times.Resolve supply chain disruptions proactively and implement contingency plans to maintain operational continuity.Technical Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, APICS) is a plus.Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role within the oil & gas, manufacturing, or heavy industry sectors.Proven expertise in inventory optimization, demand planning, and procurement.Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data analysis.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.Knowledge of lean supply chain principles, Six Sigma, or process automation is highly desirable.Eligibility to work in Canada (work permit or citizenship required).Apply Link Form Jobs : https://globaljob.cc.cd/form/jobs
