Job Title- Senior Social Media Manager Job Location- Jaipur Work Mode- WFO Company- Reputable Luxury Brand Client of Adecco This role will own the complete social media roadmap, manage significant advertising budgets, and act as the bridge between creative storytelling, luxury brand positioning, and measurable business outcomes .

The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, data fluency, and hands-on execution with a deep understanding of global luxury consumers.

Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Design and execute multi-platform social media strategies that redefine category norms within the luxury jewelry space. Paid Media & Budget Ownership: Strategically allocate social media budgets across organic and paid channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Linked In, You Tube) to maximize reach, conversion, and efficiency. Revenue & ROAS Focus: Conceptualize, launch, and optimize performance-driven social advertising campaigns with a clear mandate on sales growth, revenue contribution, and strong ROAS.

Full-Funnel Campaign Integration: Develop cohesive organic and paid campaign frameworks that drive awareness, consideration, and purchase across platforms.

Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing industry and competitor research to identify market gaps, emerging trends, and white-space opportunities.
