Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Adecco is currently hiring a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for a full-time opportunity in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This role is ideal for someone with strong sales experience who enjoys building relationships and promoting health products.

• Salary: $60,000-$65,000/year + 2% commission on sales
• Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA), ON
• Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday, field-based role)
• Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit pharmacies to present and promote products
• Build strong relationships with pharmacists and secure product listings
• Train pharmacy staff on product features and benefits
• Set up merchandising tools (displays, promotional materials)
• Track activities and provide performance reports

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
• Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector
• Strong knowledge of natural or homeopathic health products (e.g., Boiron, Maison Adrien Gagnon)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of pharmacy networks within the GTA territory
• Highly motivated, persuasive, and results-driven
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
