At ADDON, we’re looking for a creative visual storyteller who can bring brands to life through powerful video content.

📍 Location: Calicut

🎬 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan & execute high-quality video shoots for ads and brand campaigns
• Handle camera, lenses, lighting, and composition with cinematic precision
• Collaborate with the creative team to turn ideas into visuals
• Scout locations & develop shot plans / mood direction
• Ensure strong framing, lighting consistency & brand alignment
• Manage on-set workflow & deliver production-ready footage

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with cameras (Sony, Nikon, or similar)
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition & cinematic techniques
• Experience in ads, reels, or branded video production
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments & tight timelines
• Basic editing knowledge (bonus if strong)
• Sharp creative eye & attention to detail

✨ Bonus Skills:

• Gimbal / handheld cinematic movements
• Drone shooting
• Color grading & visual aesthetics
• Strong video editing skills
