Beauty Sales Associate- Luxury Hair care

Our client, a luxury hair brand, is seeking a top notch Beauty Sales Associate to assist with weekly in store visits. Please note that this position is for supplemental hours as weely visits consist of 4hrs per visit.

The Role

As a Beauty Sales Associate you will be delivering personalised education to clients on the brands ingredients and formulations. Helping each client to learn what products will best support their needs, while also creating a luxury experience that is rooted in knowledge, care and results.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on ingredients, formulations, and product benefits.
• Deliver an elevated luxury service experience that fosters long-term client relationships
• Provide personalized haircare consultations tailored to individual client needs
• As part of the team, you would be working on hosting and leading beauty at sales events and weekly instore visits.
• Staying current on haircare trends, ingredient science.
• Support store and brand goals through exceptional service (this role is non-commissioned)
• Maintain exceptional visual standards and strong product knowledge on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, inclusive environment
• Upholding merchandising and brand guidelines

Who You Are

• We are seeking someone with experience or a strong interest in the beauty industry and who enjoys educating and working with others.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Haircare experience is a plus but not required.
• Someone who is self motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Outgoing and confident with excellent communication skills
• Availability for at least a 4-hour shift/shifts on either Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays.
