Job Description
Site Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across multiple sites (residential, commercial, industrial)
- Ensure SLA/KPI compliance as per client agreements
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and inspections
Manpower Management
- Handle bulk manpower (100–500+ employees)
- Ensure proper deployment, shift planning, and replacements
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism & attrition control
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Handle escalations, complaints, and service improvements
- Ensure client satisfaction and contract retention
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
- Track billing, attendance, deployment, and profitability
- Maintain records for audits and management review
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Minimum Wages)
- Maintain documentation: Aadhaar, bank details, employee records
- Coordinate with HR & payroll teams
Cost & Budget Control
- Manage site-level expenses and optimize manpower cost
- Ensure profitability of contracts
- Control overtime and operational wastage
Training & Quality Control
- Conduct induction and on-site training
- Ensure grooming, discipline, and service quality standards
- Implement SOPs and safety guidelines
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
