As the Head of Marketing Strategy & Propositions at Acuity Analytics, your role is crucial in translating the company's growth strategy into clear marketing priorities, structured propositions, and strategic plans that align with both the firm's long-term ambition and the day-to-day strategic objectives of the business units. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing marketing strategy and proposition frameworks used across the business.
- Providing strategic prioritization and planning inputs to campaigns, partnerships, and content.
- Offering strategic support to Business Units and Sales for priority accounts and growth initiatives.
- Overseeing proposition development investment and associated resources in partnership with Marketing leadership.
You will work as a strategic partner to Business Unit and Sales leadership, ensuring that marketing strategy supports existing client expansion, priority accounts, and selective new logo growth. Your role involves providing clear direction to campaigns, content, and partnerships teams. It is a senior leadership position that requires you to provide strategic clarity, focus, and consistency across a large, experienced team, ensuring that marketing strategy is grounded in client reality, technology credibility, and business priorities.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Senior experience in B2B marketing strategy, propositions, or commercial marketing.
- Proven experience in developing structured technology propositions that support complex sales and senior client conversations.
- Strong understanding of analytics, data, AI, and digital capabilities, and how they create client value.
- Experience partnering closely with Business Unit and Sales leadership.
- Experience leading senior teams, ideally in a global or offshore delivery model.
- Experience integrating legacy capabilities with new technology-led offerings.
- Experience in account-based, opportunity-led, or client-centric growth models.
- Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed environments.
- Credibility with technology, analytics, and business leaders.
