As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and delivery teams for complex analytics, data, and technology projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting structured and unstructured requirements-gathering sessions with various entities and partners
- Translating high-level policy or strategic visions into clear business and functional requirements
- Developing and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and user stories
- Ensuring requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Documenting As-Is and To-Be processes using BPMN standards
- Designing future-state operating models to support digital transformation and innovation
- Collaborating with solution architects, product teams, and vendors on digital platforms, data and analytics solutions, and AI-enabled initiatives
- Supporting UAT planning, execution, and change management processes
- Contributing to SOPs, training materials, and knowledge transfer
