Key Responsibilities:
Lead quality inspection of incoming fruits and vegetables based on:
Freshness
Size, grading, and color
Physical defects and damage
Develop and implement quality control processes and SOPs
Monitor storage conditions:
Temperature
Humidity
Handling practices
Conduct regular quality audits at warehouses and supplier locations
Train and supervise quality executives and field teams
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company guidelines
Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to reduce rejection rates
Maintain quality reports, documentation, and analysis
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of fruits & vegetables grading standards
Understanding of post-harvest handling and cold chain management
Leadership and team management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Basic data reporting and documentation skills
Pay: ₹20,000.54 - ₹25,000.72 per month
