Job Requirements & Responsibilities-

To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) to interact effectively with patients in US, insurance companies, and internal teams
• Work in fixed continuous night shifts (US Shifts)
• Should be able to work on Microsoft Excel & Word
• Any Graduate/Undergraduate
• Adapt a proactive approach
• Ability to quickly adapt to an Agile environment
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with other team members and departments

Education: Any Graduate/Undergraduate

Ability to commute self to Hinjewadi, Phase 1; Pune, Maharashtra

Shifts: Fixed US Night Shift
