Job Requirements & Responsibilities-
To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) to interact effectively with patients in US, insurance companies, and internal teams
- Work in fixed continuous night shifts (US Shifts)
- Should be able to work on Microsoft Excel & Word
- Any Graduate/Undergraduate
- Adapt a proactive approach
- Ability to quickly adapt to an Agile environment
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with other team members and departments
