We are looking for an experienced Pharma Recruitment Manager to lead and drive recruitment delivery for US-based pharmaceutical and life sciences clients such as Gilead Sciences, Client, and similar organizations. This role focuses on managing end-to-end hiring for clinical, regulatory, R&D, manufacturing, and commercial roles within the pharma/biotech industry. You will work during US business hours to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for pharma/life sciences positions across multiple functions (R&D, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, Manufacturing, Commercial, etc.)
• Partner with US-based hiring managers, procurement teams, and MSPs to understand hiring needs and deliver talent
• Build sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and advanced search techniques
• Manage a team of recruiters, mentor junior members, and ensure delivery targets are achieved
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and negotiate offers in line with client and market expectations
• Maintain talent pipelines for critical pharma skill sets
• Provide regular reporting on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights
• Ensure compliance with US staffing standards, client guidelines, and internal processes

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in US Staffing, with at least 4+ years in pharma/life sciences recruitment
• Proven experience working with pharma/biotech clients such as Gilead Sciences, Client, Pharmaceutical, Client, etc.
• Strong knowledge of pharma job roles, clinical and regulatory functions, and industry-specific requirements
• Hands-on experience with ATS (JobDiva, Bullhorn, etc.) and major job boards
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone) and manage high-volume/niche pharma requisitions
