• Ensure compliance with NABH, NABL, and other healthcare accreditation standards.
• Monitor clinical quality indicators, patient safety goals, and infection control practices.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits/accreditation processes.
• Manage documentation including SOPs, policies, protocols, and quality manuals.
• Handle incident reporting, root cause analysis, CAPA, and risk management.
