About the Collaboration
Ace Logic Solutions is looking to collaborate with a Lead – Social Media Marketing Partner who can independently manage and deliver end-to-end social media marketing mandates for B2B and D2C clients.
This is not a full-time employment role.
It is a partner-led execution and ownership role, designed for experienced social media professionals, small agency founders, or consultants who operate with a delivery mindset and can take responsibility for strategy, execution, and client communication.
You will work closely with Ace Logic Solutions’ leadership while operating with high autonomy, shared accountability, and clear commercial alignment.
Nature of Engagement
· Project-based or ongoing social media retainers
· Flexible commercial structures, including:
o Fixed monthly or campaign-based fees
o Retainer + performance-linked incentives
o Revenue-share or hybrid models based on scope
· Engagement terms will be defined per client or mandate, based on capability, team strength, and scale of responsibility
Key Responsibilities
· Own and manage social media marketing mandates across B2B and D2C clients
· Define social media strategies aligned with:
o Brand positioning
o Business objectives
o Funnel stages and content intent
· Plan and oversee:
o Content calendars
o Platform-wise messaging frameworks
o Campaign themes and launch plans
· Manage execution across platforms including:
o LinkedIn (B2B-led communication)
o Instagram & Facebook (D2C-led communication)
o Other platforms (X, YouTube, etc.) where relevant
· Coordinate with design, video, content, and copywriting teams (internal or partner-led)
· Act as the primary client-facing lead for:
o Reviews and reporting
o Strategy discussions
o Feedback and optimisation cycles
· Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual quality, and content storytelling
· Track and analyse performance metrics such as:
o Reach, engagement, follower growth
o Content and campaign effectiveness
· Contribute to:
o Social media audits
o Pitch decks and proposals
o Integrated digital strategy discussions with performance and brand teams
Required Expertise
· Strong hands-on experience managing organic social media marketing for:
o B2B brands (LinkedIn-focused)
o D2C brands (Instagram/Facebook-focused)
· Solid understanding of:
o Platform algorithms and best practices
o Content formats (static, carousel, reels, short video, long-form posts)
o Community building and engagement frameworks
· Ability to think strategically about brand building, not just posting schedules
· Experience creating client-ready strategies, calendars, and reports
· Working knowledge of paid social amplification is a plus
· Familiarity with tools such as:
o Meta Business Suite
o LinkedIn platform tools
o Scheduling and analytics platforms
