Launch a Six-Figure Career in Real Estate Valuation
We are a growing residential appraisal firm expanding across Ontario, seeking people from all backgrounds.
This is not a typical entry-level role — it is a structured path toward becoming an independent, designated professional with uncapped earning potential.
Successful candidates will complete an initial 3–6 month in-person training program in London, Ontario, working directly alongside experienced appraisers. Following training, candidates will relocate to their home region to begin building their own market presence with ongoing mentorship and support.
Candidates will progress toward the CRA, P.App designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
