WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Develop and maintain supply and demand plans to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Purchase and expedite material from internal and external suppliers.
- Review and analyze bi-monthly sea-freight orders to maximize freight savings.
- Analyze forecasts, sales trends, and historical data to improve planning accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal and external suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of material.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce excess and shortages.
- Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions or bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, finance) to align plans
- Compile Supply Chain key performance indicators (KPI) reports including on-time delivery, SPE Dynamic Demand, Min/max review, order volume and others.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain process
- Utilize ERP and planning systems to manage data and reporting.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Logistics, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in Excel and supply chain/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, D365)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
