As a Financial Controller for the corporate office located in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all company expenses. Your key responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, performing procurement, yield, and expense analysis, developing and managing all Management Information Systems (MIS) related to expenses, sales/receivables, and materials, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the companys financial status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all company expenses.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Perform procurement, yield, and expense analysis.
- Develop and manage all Management Information Systems (MIS) related to expenses, sales/receivables, and materials.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the companys financial status.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience with large sales teams and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in data analysis.
- Expertise in SAP, data entry, data extraction, and data management.
- Experience in SAP implementation will be an added advantage.
- Capability to analyze Financial Statements and finalize the same for each quarter. Also, carry out financial due diligence.

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the companys financial status.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through data analysis.
- Conduct thorough procurement, yield, and expense analysis.
- Compare and analyze current data with historical data.
- Become aware of all transactions done in SAP and be part of new ERP implementation in the near future.

Their annual turnover is around 1500 Cr, derived from both domestic and international markets. The company is currently merging with its group companies.
