Job Title: Account Manager (Social Media Sales)
Work location: Subhash Nagar, West Delhi
Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: Competitive, as per skills and experience + incentives
About the Role
We are looking for someone who has worked in a social media agency, understands how the work gets done, and is now ready to take ownership of growing a client base.
This is not a pure execution role — you will be responsible for bringing in new clients and ensuring smooth delivery for existing ones.

What You Will Do
Sales & New Clients (Primary — 60–70%)
· Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, Instagram, cold calling, and referrals
· Pitch social media retainer packages to small and mid-size businesses
· Represent the founder and the brand in client meetings and discovery calls
· Follow up with leads and close retainer agreements
· Build a pipeline and report progress weekly
Client Coordination & Delivery (Secondary — 30–40%)
· Coordinate with the in-house graphic design and video editing team to execute the founder’s content strategy
· Manage content scheduling and posting for existing clients
· Act as the point of contact for existing clients for day-to-day communication
· Ensure deadlines are met and quality is maintained
What We’re Looking For
· 2+ years of experience in a social media agency or content-focused role
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and typical client expectations
· Comfortable with client-facing communication — calls, meetings, and pitches
· Organized and reliable for coordination and follow-ups
· Ambitious and self-driven — does not need to be chased to get things done
· Good spoken and written English and Hindi
· Based in or willing to commute to West Delhi
Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
