Job Description
- Analyze event performance metrics and post-event feedback to identify areas of improvement to the event outcomes.
- Conduct after action review to ascertain areas of strengths and weaknesses related to the management of the events.
- Coordinate execution of events outcomes that align with plans.
- Coordinate the acquisition of event speakers.
- Coordinate with office administration on clients' invoicing and payment.
- Develop event communication plans for internal stakeholders.
- Document clients' requirements that align with event scope and objectives.
- Highlight events plan implementation issues and deviations from plans in reports and meetings.
- Perform event boundary management and zoning of attractions sites.
- Prepare documentation in support of events closure.
- Prepare draft event proposals that align with clients' requirements for internal review.
- Prepare draft event plans for internal review.
- Provide feedback on usage of workplace technology.
- Regulate type and scale of events held on site at the property.
- Research trends in technology applications to improve productivity and innovation.
- Source suitable venues based on clients' requirements with internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot any issues and deviations to the event plans.
- Work with internal stakeholders to execute plan.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
