You Are:

An accomplished Oracle Incentive Compensation Specialist with extensive functional expertise and excellent client relationship skills. You will lead workshops, collect requirements, conduct gap analyses, design, and configure Oracle solutions in accordance with industry best practices, while collaborating with client business and technical teams throughout testing and deployment phases.

The Work:

• Identify functional and technical requirements and devise solution designs.
• Lead and facilitate configuration review and design workshops.
• Guide testing, cutover, and go-live activities effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting sales initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate with both offshore and onshore delivery teams.
• Design and implement Oracle Incentive Compensation plans, including crediting and calculation logic.
• Configure participant hierarchies, quotas, plan components, and payment rules.

This role may require travel, which can vary based on client needs and business demands.

Here's what you need:

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation.
• Experience in a consulting delivery model.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of sales compensation and performance management.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 12 years). In the case of an Associate's Degree, a minimum of 6 years of equivalent experience is required.

Bonus Points If:

• You possess Oracle Sales Cloud Certification.
• You have Oracle Incentive Compensation Certification.
• You bring prior consulting experience.
