Adobe Campaign will be a key tool used to create, coordinate, and deliver dynamic campaigns using customer data across various channels.

  • Education Qualification: Graduate
  • Marketing Automation platform knowledge, including familiarity with Braze, Adobe builder, Content Builder, Data Extensions, and AMPscript for personalization.
  • JavaScript and AMPscript knowledge for advanced dynamic content personalization and interactivity within emails.
  • Email Automation experience, including journey-based emails and triggered campaigns.
  • Basic Graphic Design skills for creating visual elements for email templates.
  • Understanding of SQL queries to work with data.
  • Experience in setting up and analyzing A/B tests to optimize email campaign performance.
  • Awareness of email accessibility best practices for inclusive and compliant emails.
  • Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 for coding responsive HTML email templates.
  • Understanding of email design principles, UX considerations, and email deliverability best practices.
  • Experience in testing emails across devices and email clients to identify and resolve rendering issues.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in coding and email rendering.

Your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Planning and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with Project Manager and marketing stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and requirements, review briefs, seek clarification, and highlight risks.
  • HTML Email Template Development: Design and develop HTML email templates optimized for various email clients, ensuring compatibility and responsiveness across devices.
  • Email Build Testing: Conduct thorough testing to verify email rendering across different clients and devices for consistent display and functionality.
  • Email Design Best Practices: Stay updated with email design best practices and industry trends to create visually compelling and effective email campaigns.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve HTML/CSS-related issues during email campaign development or execution.
  • Work Orchestration and Data Hygiene: Accurately record updates, data points, timestamps, and adhere to Desktop Procedures (DTPs) / Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to provide a seamless campaign experience.
  • Complete all required reports accurately to report numbers to clients and leadership.
