Job Description
As a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst at Accenture, you will be part of the Finance Operations vertical, where you will play a crucial role in various financial activities such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Your responsibilities will include collecting operational data, conducting analysis, preparing management reports, and providing insightful analyses for different regions and services.
What you would do:
- Support Annual Operating Plan & regular forecast exercises
- Plan, create, and manage reporting data from various database systems
- Manage client communication, respond to queries, investigate irregularities
- Perform financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and analyze P&L, forecast accuracy, SG&A expense analysis
- Generate Working Capital & Cost of Sales reports to support the business
- Utilize a variety of applications and understand their business and technical functionality
- Provide support to business units, including product understanding, problem resolution, and communication coordination
- Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems
What we are looking for:
- Domain expertise in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
- Good understanding of P&L, B/S, and Cash flow statements
- Knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles
- Strong experience with planning & forecasting tools like Onestream & Anaplan
- Proficiency in developing financial reports and metrics
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Experience with analytics applications such as Power BI/Power query is preferred
- Willingness to work in Flexi/Night Shifts
