As a Technical Support Specialist at our company, your role will involve providing support services and engaging customers to deliver effective technical solutions, guidance, and troubleshooting advice. Your primary focus will be on helping customers adopt industry-leading design tools, addressing customer product issues through various communication channels. Your efforts will directly impact customer adoption and enable them to realize the value of their investment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to support requests through multiple channels and following documented processes
- Monitoring performance against service level targets and ensuring individual and team goals are met
- Prioritizing critical technical issues and managing personal backlog of support requests
- Providing timely updates to customers and partners on progress
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of internal knowledge base quality
- Collaborating with product management and development teams to drive successful improvements
- Investigating and resolving escalated issues related to service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Working closely with Client Services, Renewals hub, and Sales teams to resolve customer issues
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- A Bachelors degree in a Design, Engineering, or Infrastructure subject, or equivalent work experience
- Competent knowledge in Construction Cloud / BIM360, Revit, Navisworks
- 3-5 years of industry working experience and 3+ years of technology and customer support experience
- Proficiency in CRM and experience supporting cloud/SaaS based applications
- Familiarity with Construction and BIM industry needs and workflows
- Capability to troubleshoot and solve customer issues with excellent verbal and written communication skills
