With a growing network of more than 80 charter schools, we work with passionate educators and administrators who care deeply about helping students succeed.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Our team believes in using research based practices, continuing to grow professionally, and creating opportunities for every student to reach their full potential.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This internship offers hands on experience in marketing, outreach, and community engagement. You’ll work closely with our team in a fast paced, collaborative environment while gaining real world experience supporting marketing initiatives, connecting with families, and assisting with admissions efforts.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This position requires availability Tuesday through Saturday, with occasional evening hours depending on events and outreach activities.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support the Marketing and Admissions team with daily administrative and outreach activities</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Conduct community outreach and canvassing at public locations to promote ACCEL Schools and enrollment opportunities</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Represent ACCEL Schools at community events by tabling and engaging with families</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assist in creating marketing materials such as flyers, signage, email campaigns, and online promotions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Help manage and update social media content and website information</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assist with basic video editing for promotional and social media content</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support planning and coordination of marketing initiatives and community events</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage comfortably with families and community members</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Interest in marketing, community outreach, and event promotion</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar design tools preferred</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Basic experience with video editing tools or willingness to learn</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Comfortable initiating conversations and representing the school at community events and outreach activities</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;
