Job Description
Urgent requirement of Desktop support engineer L2
Job responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to Windows OS and applications.
- Handle Active Directory tasks (user creation, password reset, access management).
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security updates.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Support Outlook, MS Office, and other enterprise applications.
- Manage ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) and resolve incidents within SLA.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and antivirus updates.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS troubleshooting
- Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 support
- Knowledge of networking basics (IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting and replacement
