Job Description

Urgent requirement of Desktop support engineer L2

Job responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to Windows OS and applications.
  • Handle Active Directory tasks (user creation, password reset, access management).
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security updates.
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Support Outlook, MS Office, and other enterprise applications.
  • Manage ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) and resolve incidents within SLA.
  • Perform system upgrades, patch management, and antivirus updates.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS troubleshooting
  • Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 support
  • Knowledge of networking basics (IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience in hardware troubleshooting and replacement
