Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled BigFix Administrator to manage and support the endpoint management infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for patch management, system compliance, and ensuring the health and performance of the BigFix environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage BigFix Server, Relay Servers, and Client infrastructure.
• Ensure patch baselines, fixlets, and site subscriptions are updated and deployed.
• Monitor BigFix agent deployment, health status, and version compliance across endpoints.
• Manage BigFix WebUI, console access, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Perform regular patch deployment and compliance reporting.
• Troubleshoot issues related to agent communication, patch failures, and deployment errors.
• Ensure systems are compliant with security and patching policies.
• Coordinate with IT teams for patch scheduling and change management activities.
• Maintain documentation for patching processes, configurations, and reports.
• Support audit and compliance requirements related to endpoint security.

Required Skills

• Hands‑on experience with IBM BigFix (Endpoint Manager)
• Strong knowledge of patch management and endpoint security
• Understanding of Windows and/or Linux environments
• Experience in BigFix console, WebUI, and fixlet deployment
• Knowledge of RBAC and user access management
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem)
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell / Shell) is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Experience in vulnerability management tools
• Exposure to enterprise environments and large‑scale deployments
• Knowledge of networking basics and troubleshooting
