Job Title: Assistant Manager – Warehouse

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager – Warehouse to oversee daily warehouse operations at the Sintex facility in Raipur. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, efficient inventory management, and adherence to operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and workforce

Ensure proper handling, storage, and dispatch of materials

Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock movement

Monitor worker performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved

Enforce safety guidelines and company policies

Coordinate with management for smooth and efficient operations

Oversee inward and outward material processes, including dispatch

Requirements

3 to 4 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervision

Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes

Good communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
