Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hospital Administrator role based in Ariyalur. The Hospital Administrator will oversee day-to-day hospital operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, facility management, and coordination across departments. The role includes monitoring patient flow, supporting patient services, and ensuring a high standard of customer service in collaboration with clinical and non-clinical teams. The Hospital Administrator will implement and monitor policies, support compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintain documentation and reporting standards. Additional responsibilities include assisting in budgeting, supporting quality improvement initiatives, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to staff engagement and training efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Hospital Operations and Hospital Management to oversee daily activities and coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Customer Service and Communication skills to address patient and family needs, manage queries, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Foundational understanding of Medicine or clinical workflows to support coordination with medical staff and informed decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification is an advantage.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare facility administration, with familiarity in regulatory compliance, budgeting, and quality improvement processes.
• Proficiency with hospital information systems, basic data analysis, and MS Office tools.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities, with a focus on ethical, inclusive, and patient-centered practices.
