Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Experience: 1 to 4 Years

Working Days: 5.5 days working

Educational Qualification: Minimum: Graduate in any stream

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with US-based patients, doctors, and medical staff via phone and email.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, sharing treatment updates, and handling basic inquiries.
  • Provide support related to medical services, pharmacy billing, prior authorizations, and insurance verifications.
  • Ensure proper documentation and data entry in patient records and CRM systems. Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and data protection standards. Actively participate in training and performance improvement sessions.

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with a neutral accent. Confidence, patience, and ability to handle conversations with empathy.
  • Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn healthcare software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in night shifts.
  • Prior BPO experience (0–1 year) is a bonus.
