Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory within the IVF
  • Build strong relationships with IVF specialists and fertility clinics
  • Promote company products effectively to healthcare professionals and ensure prescription generation
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned area
  • Conduct regular field visits, doctor calls, and product presentations
  • Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), camps, and promotional activities
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, especially in fertility and women’s health space
  • Ensure proper reporting of daily activities, sales data, and market feedback
  • Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (Science / Pharmacy preferred; MBA is a plus)
  • 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in IVF Industry
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
