Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory within the IVF
- Build strong relationships with IVF specialists and fertility clinics
- Promote company products effectively to healthcare professionals and ensure prescription generation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned area
- Conduct regular field visits, doctor calls, and product presentations
- Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), camps, and promotional activities
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, especially in fertility and women’s health space
- Ensure proper reporting of daily activities, sales data, and market feedback
- Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Science / Pharmacy preferred; MBA is a plus)
- 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in IVF Industry
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area

- Market analysis and competitor tracking
Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
