Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The candidate will support US-based pharmacies by handling prescription processing, insurance billing, and prior authorization tasks while maintaining high accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and enter prescription orders into pharmacy management systems.
• Perform medical billing and insurance claim processing for US healthcare plans.
• Handle prior authorization requests and insurance verification.
• Review and resolve rejected insurance claims and billing errors.
• Communicate with US pharmacies, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and pharmacy guidelines.
• Assist with refill requests and prescription status updates.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards for assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work night shifts (US process)
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Prior experience with prior authorization or pharmacy billing
