Sales & Operations Associate (Entry Level) ZOHO CRM

Role Overview

We’re seeking a motivated entry-level Sales & Operations intern to support our sales activities and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants hands-on exposure to how sales, operations, and customer workflows come together in a real business environment.

Key Responsibilities-

Sales Support

• Assist the sales team with lead follow-ups, data entry, and pipeline tracking
• Help prepare sales reports, presentations, and forecasts
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
• Support coordination of sales meetings and follow-ups

Operations Support

• Assist with order processing, invoicing, and basic operational tasks
• Coordinate internally with finance, operations, and customer support teams
• Help track operational metrics and ensure smooth day-to-day execution
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

Customer & Team Coordination

• Communicate with customers regarding orders, documentation, or basic inquiries
• Support onboarding of new customers and accounts
• Ensure timely responses and issue escalation when needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, Marketing, or related field
• 0–1 year of experience (internships, projects, or part-time roles count)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to CRM tools ( Zoho.)
• Interest in sales operations, business operations, or revenue analytics
• Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
