Job Title: PPC Manager (Production Planning & Coordination Manager)

Location: Gurgaon (Travel to plant sites required)

Industry: Structural Steel Fabrication/Prefabricated Buildings

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented PPC professional with experience in the steel fabrication/PEB industry to manage end-to-end planning and coordination across production, procurement, dispatch, and projects. The role requires strong execution capability, cross-functional coordination, and readiness to travel to plant locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle production planning and scheduling as per project timelines and client requirements
• Plan and coordinate procurement of raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production
• Manage dispatch planning and logistics coordination for timely delivery
• Oversee project planning and tracking , ensuring milestones are achieved
• Coordinate with plant, procurement, logistics, and project teams
• Monitor inventory levels, material movement, and utilization
• Ensure optimum resource utilization and minimize delays or bottlenecks
• Track daily/weekly progress and share MIS reports with management
• Identify process improvements for better efficiency and cost control

Key Requirements:

• B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering preferred)
• 5–8 years of experience in PPC within steel fabrication/PEB industry (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, material planning, and project execution
• Experience in multi-site coordination and plant operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel frequently to plant/site locations

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to heavy fabrication / structural steel projects
• Strong skills in production scheduling & capacity planning
• Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain coordination
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset with focus on timely execution
