Job Summary

The Warehouse Staff is responsible for receiving, storing, handling, and dispatching goods efficiently and accurately. The role ensures proper inventory management, maintains warehouse cleanliness and safety, and supports smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Storage

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against delivery documents.
• Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies.
• Label and store items in designated warehouse locations.
• Update stock records and maintain proper documentation.

Inventory Management

• Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and stock audits.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO where applicable).

Picking & Dispatch

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately.
• Verify outgoing shipments against delivery notes.
• Assist in loading and unloading vehicles.
• Ensure timely dispatch of materials and products.

Warehouse Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Ensure materials are stored safely and securely.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment issues.

Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of stock movements.
• Update ERP/Warehouse Management System transactions.
• File delivery notes, goods receipt notes, and other warehouse documents.

Qualifications

• Any Degree or Diploma.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely.
• Good communication skills is a must.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.

Working Conditions

• Warehouse environment.
• May require standing for extended periods.
• May require lifting and handling materials according to safety guidelines.

Experience Required: 1-2 years

Location: Dubai

Its a basic level entry. If the performance is good, the salary will be increased

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹475,000.00 per year
