Senior Warehouse cum Office Operations In-Charge / Unit In-Charge

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and operational activities of the organization.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, Dispatch, and Customer Support teams.
• Manage inventory, stock movement, inward/outward processes, and warehouse documentation.
• Monitor order processing, dispatch schedules, and timely delivery to customers.
• Implement and maintain operational processes, discipline, and workplace efficiency.
• Supervise and guide team members, ensuring accountability and productivity.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, customers, and internal stakeholders as required.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Support the management in building systems, processes, and a high-performance work culture.
• Act as a responsible point of contact for operational matters in the absence of the owner.

ELIGIBILITY

• Graduate / B.Tech. preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Warehouse Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Distribution, Engineering Products, Bearings, Auto Components, or related industries.
• Proven experience in handling teams and managing day-to-day business operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse processes, dispatch management, and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and ensure smooth business operations.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory/ERP systems will be an added advantage.
