A-Line Staffing is now hiring Operator 2, Machine in Sparks, MD. The Operator 2, Machine would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. Full time / 40+ hrs/wk.

Operator 2, Machine Compensation: pay $18.55/hr; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates)
Operator 2, Machine Highlights: contract w/ potential perm based on attendance/performance/business needs; required availability: B Shift (rotating schedule) — every other week Mon–Wed (36 hrs) and every other week Mon–Thu (48 hrs)
Operator 2, Machine Responsibilities
- Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision
- Maintain accurate records/logs in accordance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards
- Work effectively in a team setting to support team goals and objectives
- Follow standard operating procedures and instructions; make decisions as required for the role
Operator 2, Machine Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days
- 1–2 years related experience (machine operation/production)
- Ability to read/write/understand English specs and perform basic math
- Effective communication skills; dependable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours as needed
- Must be willing to rotate into different tasks/responsibilities
- Drug screen required
- Interview process: phone then in-person
Operator 2, Machine Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing/production experience running machines
- Experience in regulated environments (FDA/GMP/ISO) is a plus
