Senior Full Stack and Mobile Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack cum Mobile Developer to lead the development of our end-to-end web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust server-side APIs, responsive web interfaces, and high-performance native or cross-platform mobile apps (Android/iOS). This role requires a "multi-hat" engineer capable of leading architectural decisions, mentoring junior team members, and driving high-quality code from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and architect scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications (Android/iOS).
• Full Stack Development: Build secure RESTful/GraphQL APIs using modern backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, or .NET) and integrate them with interactive frontend web applications (React, Angular, Vue or svelte).
• Mobile Development: Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native, Flutter, or native technologies (Kotlin/Swift).
• Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, including implementing CI/CD pipelines and Docker/Kubernetes containerization.
• Mentorship & Quality: Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, mentor junior developers, and ensure application robustness via unit testing.
• Collaboration: Work with UI/UX designers, product managers, and external stakeholders to define features.

Required Skills & Qualification

• Experience: Min 4 years , 4-9 yrs of proven professional experience in full-stack web and mobile development.
• Backend: Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express, Next.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Java/Spring Boot, svelteKit.
• Mobile: Expert knowledge of React Native or Flutter (iOS and Android),Dart, swift ios, android studio.
• Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.Svelte
• Database: Strong SQL & NoSQL experience (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Tools: Proficient with Git, Docker, and AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda).
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Good to Have .

• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Experience in high-traffic or startup environments.
• Experience with e-commerce or digital health platforms
• Understanding of Agile development practices.
• Immediate Joiners or Serving Notice Period will be preferred
