About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (Senior SDR) with strong experience in B2C sales to drive enrollments for our certification programs. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in selling professional certification programs and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets. This role involves both individual contribution and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Conduct counseling sessions and product demos.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend the most suitable certification program.
- Own the sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
- Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Maintain CRM records and suggest process improvements.
- Mentor junior SDRs and support team performance.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them throughout the enrollment journey.
Required Skills
- Strong B2C sales experience in EdTech or certification programs
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Experience using CRM tools and lead management systems is a addon.
