Position Summary You will lead consumer marketing activities for a paediatrics & Maternal Vaccine portfolio in India. You will turn customer insight into clear, measurable plans and work closely with sales, medical, supply chain and global colleagues to deliver results. These responsibilities include some of the following: Develop and deliver annual strategic and operational consumer marketing plans using customer and market insight. Plan and run integrated campaigns across digital and face-to-face channels to improve customer engagement and experience. Work with medical, sales and field teams to gather customer insight and translate it into local action. Drive consumer marketing initiatives across marquee events & congresses in partnership with our agency or vendor partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Use analytics and performance tracking to refine plans and improve portfolio performance. Coordinate cross-functionally with supply, regulatory and commercial teams to meet business goals. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or sales. Experience planning and executing multichannel marketing campaigns. Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Good analytical ability and experience using marketing or sales data to inform decisions. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare marketing. Practical experience with digital or omnichannel marketing tools and metrics. Familiarity with promotional compliance and marketing codes in healthcare. Experience working in matrix or cross-functional teams. Certification in digital marketing, analytics or related platforms.
