Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Develop social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
- Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to suggest and implement improvements.
- Optimize content using SEO best practices to improve visibility and engagement.
- Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content writing and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
