Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop content that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to suggest and implement improvements.
  • Optimize content using SEO best practices to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content writing and social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
