Job Description
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager to manage residential property sales, handle client requirements, conduct site visits, and close deals. The role involves guiding clients through the complete buying journey—from inquiry to final closure—while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:1️ Client Handling & Requirement Understanding
- Handle client inquiries and assigned leads for residential properties
- Understand client needs including budget, location, and preferences
- Recommend suitable property options
2️ Site Visits & Property Presentation
- Conduct site visits for residential projects
- Present property features, pricing, and project details clearly
- Assist clients in property selection
3️ Sales & Deal Closure
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients
- Follow up regularly to convert leads into closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
4️ Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Generate repeat business and referrals
5️ Market Knowledge
- Stay updated on residential real estate trends and pricing
- Monitor competitor projects and market dynamics
6️ Documentation & Coordination
- Assist in booking, documentation, and agreement process
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction closure
- Maintain accurate client records and reports
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in residential real estate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in handling end-to-end property sales
