Job Description

As a Strategic Alliance Manager at 360tf.trade, your role involves the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Strategic Alliance plans aligned with the companys growth objectives, including partnerships with industry associations, institutional bodies, financial services providers, trade magazines, and associations of targeted countries.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to create mutual value for all parties involved.
  • Establish communication channels with alliances, engage in initial pitching, and presentations to build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Identify opportunities within alliances portfolios to generate potential business leads.
  • Develop marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for relevant alliances.
  • Take responsibility for the P&L, marketing, and sales coordination within the assigned Strategic Alliances portfolio.

For Tech Alliances:

  • Identify potential tech and fintech companies for engagements and develop alliances for 360tf products.
  • Establish communication channels with tech alliances, engage in initial pitching, and presentations for technical discussions, legal agreements, and launch plans.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the tech alliances portfolio's P&L, marketing, and sales.

For Legal Support:

  • Draft and review MoUs, Letters of Engagement with stakeholders.
  • Vet changes in engagement documents.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel of stakeholders when required.
  • Vet and execute counterparty and investor onboarding documentation.
  • Monitor and update on legal matters related to the industry, organization, or engagement.
  • Interpret central bank circulars relevant to the business as necessary.

Skills required:

  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to adapt based on rapidly evolving business needs.
  • Result-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding or experience in the Trade & Trade Finance industry is preferable.

Good to have:

  • Understanding of Banking, especially Trade Finance.
