Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirur for a Mental Health Specialist. The Mental Health Specialist will be responsible for providing mental health care, counseling, and psychological interventions for individuals or groups. The role includes conducting mental health assessments, offering crisis intervention, and developing individualized case management plans to ensure effective treatment and ongoing support for patients. Collaboration with healthcare professionals and adherence to the highest standards of care will also be integral to this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mental Health Care, including diagnosis and treatment planning
• Strong expertise in Psychology and understanding of mental health theories and practices
• Experience with Case Management, including coordinating patient care and creating treatment plans
• Skills in Mental Health support and Crisis Intervention for individuals experiencing psychological distress
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and colleagues
• Applicable certifications or licensure in mental health, psychology, or counseling
• A master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is highly desirable
• Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is beneficial
