Creative Director (Full-Time, Hybrid – Montreal)

Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 CAD

Our Montreal-based client is seeking a Creative Director to lead an omnichannel creative function. This role will transform insights into compelling storytelling across packaging, retail, and digital, ensuring strong brand consistency and operational excellence.

Job Overview

The Creative Director will own the end-to-end creative vision and execution, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on involvement. You will lead integrated campaigns, oversee creative operations, and guide both internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact work across all channels.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the brand’s creative vision, including guidelines, tone of voice, and packaging systems across retail and eCommerce
• Lead integrated campaigns from concept through execution, leveraging performance data to optimize engagement and conversion
• Manage and mentor a small internal creative team while overseeing external agencies and vendors
• Oversee creative operations including briefing, workflow management, review processes, QA, and localization-ready deliverables
• Establish and maintain eCommerce best practices, including PDP and A+ content standards
• Ensure consistency and excellence across all creative outputs, from digital to in-store experiences

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience leading and developing high-performing creative teams and external partners
• Strong background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and retail packaging
• Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level (concept development, design direction, copy, and shoots)
• Experience evolving and improving existing creative systems and processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field
