You will be applying through our own product. The experience is the demo — pay attention to it, because you will be selling it.

The Opportunity

We are bringing on our first dedicated sales hire to own revenue growth end-to-end: outbound, demos, closes, and onboarding handoff. You will work directly with leadership, set your own schedule, and work 100% remotely.

Compensation

Performance-based comp with real upside. Earnings scale directly with results — top performers clear $2,000–$4,000/month within 60 days, with no cap.

• Base salary tied to performance targets (details shared during the call)
• 30% recurring commission on every closed deal for 12 months
• 40% on every deal past 10/month
• Paid in USD monthly

Realistic earnings:

• 5 deals/month → ~$1,250/mo
• 10 deals/month → ~$2,300/mo
• 15 deals/month → ~$3,650/mo

Every deal keeps paying you for 12 months. Earnings stack as your book of business grows.

What You Will Do

• Run outbound to HR managers, recruiters, and talent acquisition teams
• Demo and pitch using 1Way Interview itself
• Own the full cycle: prospecting → demo → close → handoff
• Build the playbook — there is not one yet, you write it

Who We Are Looking For

• You have closed deals before — title does not matter, track record does
• Comfortable running a sales motion async (email, video, Loom)
• Self-directed — you do not need to be told what to do next
• Honest about whether this kind of role suits you

• HR managers and recruiters at SMB companies (10–200 employees)
• Remote-first teams tired of scheduling Zoom screens
• Teams switching from existing video interview platforms
